[摘要] 在大跨度、大體積結(jié)構(gòu)中溫度變化對(duì)鋼筋混凝土中應(yīng)力的影響是一個(gè)不容忽略的問題,但是在預(yù)應(yīng)力構(gòu)件應(yīng)用較為廣泛的現(xiàn)今,設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中關(guān)于處理環(huán)境溫度對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力構(gòu)件的影響僅提出原則性意見未說明具體計(jì)算方法。以某室內(nèi)游泳館的大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力梁為例,在變溫條件下對(duì)此梁進(jìn)行熱力耦合分析,結(jié)合規(guī)范采用增配預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的方法解決梁表面混凝土溫度裂縫問題,并進(jìn)行抗裂驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果表明,預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋對(duì)混凝土受拉區(qū)溫度應(yīng)力起調(diào)節(jié)作用,對(duì)混凝土受壓區(qū)溫度應(yīng)力起不利作用,且溫度應(yīng)力對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋配筋量影響顯著。由此證明溫度對(duì)大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力梁的影響不可忽略,為今后類似工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Stress analysis of curved pre-stressed beam temperature

Abstract:In the large span, large volume structure, the effect of the temperature change on stress in reinforced concrete is a problem that cannot be ignored, but the pre-stressed component is wide applied nowadays, design specifications only presented principle views but does not explain the specific calculation method in dealing with the effect of environmental temperature on pre-stressed component. Large span pre-stressed concrete beam of an indoor natatorium was taken as an example, thermal-stress coupled analysis of the beam under variable temperature condition was carried. Combined with codes, the problem of temperature crack of concrete beam surface was solved by increase of pre-stressed reinforcement, and crack resistance calculation was carried. The results show that pre-stressed reinforcement plays an important role in the regulation temperature stress of the tension zone concrete, has adverse effect on temperature stress of the compressive zone. The influence of temperature stress on pre-stressed reinforcement concrete beam can not be ignored, which provides a reference for the future similar engineering design.
