[摘要] 本文介紹了天津某超高層住宅工程抗震設(shè)計的實例,對抗震設(shè)防烈度7度(0.15g)地區(qū)采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的超高層建筑抗震設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了簡要的闡述。文中對結(jié)構(gòu)高寬比、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、性能目標(biāo)的設(shè)定和實現(xiàn)等問題進(jìn)行了探討。設(shè)計中對性能目標(biāo)具體化,進(jìn)行了小震、中震的彈性分析和大震下的彈塑性分析,并結(jié)合一些加強措施,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。

Performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building in Tianjin

Abstract: The performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise residential building featured by the shear wall system is introduced. Some subjects such as the height-wide-ratio, the arrangement of shear wall and the performance-objectives are discussed. The structural characteristics and collapse mechanics are studied by means of elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis at different seismic levels。Based on the analysis, some appropriate measures were adopted to ensure the building to reach the performance goals.
