[摘要]  根據(jù)國內(nèi)某氧化鋁廠鋁土礦堆場(chǎng)的鋁礦干料棚的工藝布置和使用要求，比較分析混凝土排架結(jié)構(gòu)、門式剛架和空間鋼管桁架三種結(jié)構(gòu)形式針對(duì)該工程可行性的一些要求，用PKPM 2010系列軟件對(duì)門式鋼架和空間鋼管桁架進(jìn)行計(jì)算，比較兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，從而選取空間鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)為最終結(jié)構(gòu)方案，達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)可靠、施工簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的目的，采用SAP2000三維通用結(jié)構(gòu)分析設(shè)計(jì)程序進(jìn)行校核，并提供相關(guān)重要設(shè)計(jì)節(jié)點(diǎn)供同行和相關(guān)人士借鑒應(yīng)用。

Study and design of structural scheme for the dry material shed of the preblending bed

Abstract: According to the technological layout and application requirement of the dry material shed of the preblending bed for domestic aluminum plant, comparison analysis the RC bent structure, and portal frame and space tubular truss for the engineering feasibility of some requires, using the PKPM 2010 series software to calculate portal frame and space tubular truss, compared two species structure forms of the advantages and disadvantages, thereby that choice the space tubular truss as the final structure for the program, achieved the aim of structural reliability , simple construction and economic rationality. The finite element software SAP2000 is adopted to check the result, and provides some important joint design of reference and adopted for the fraternities and the persons concerned.
