[摘要]  鄂州重型機(jī)床廠帶雙層吊車，最大起重量200T，屋檐高22m是近年來湖北地區(qū)新建的最大的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房。由于其分區(qū)、分期建設(shè)及特殊的建筑設(shè)計(jì)要求，使該設(shè)計(jì)具有不同于常規(guī)廠房設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)。介紹了廠房結(jié)構(gòu)選型、區(qū)間吊車梁、屋架、肩梁及廠房基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)肩梁、支撐及基礎(chǔ)重點(diǎn)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行了介紹。廠房正常使用表明，該廠房的設(shè)計(jì)安全、有效、實(shí)用。為同類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了較好的參考。

Structural design of a heavy steel industrial building with double crane girders

Abstract: Taking the new factory design of Ezhou heavy mechanical limited company for example, the paper introduced the design of structural pattern, crane beam, roof truss, shoulder beams, and foundation of the factory . Especially, the detail of the shoulders beam, brace and foundation were introduced. The regular service of the factory for several years demonstrates the designs of the new factory are safe, practical and effective .The paper supplies the example of the factory-like building for the structural engineer.
