吊車桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

[摘要] 桿件由H型鋼組成的桁架式吊車梁在國外工程中應(yīng)用較多,而國內(nèi)相關(guān)規(guī)范、文獻(xiàn)對(duì)該類型桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造及力學(xué)性能的討論較少。針對(duì)理論落后于實(shí)踐的問題,以某吊車桁架連接節(jié)點(diǎn)為例,針對(duì)影響節(jié)點(diǎn)力學(xué)性能的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素:加肋、節(jié)點(diǎn)板厚度、倒角半徑,采用有限元軟件ANSYS建立力學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用數(shù)值方法進(jìn)行了精細(xì)有限元分析,得出了增大節(jié)點(diǎn)板厚度對(duì)改善節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中效果最好,其次為增大倒角半徑,最后為有條件加肋方式的結(jié)論。

Design and research of a truss crane joint

Abstract: H section truss crane is widely used in oversea projects, but the mechanical property research of truss joint is inadequate in domestic specification and literature. One truss crane joint is focused, the three key factors: stiffening lib, the gusset plate thickness, and the fillet radius of the joint are discussed on the mechanical property. The software ANSYS is adopted to building up the FEA joint model. The fine limited analysis is carried on about the joint. The conclusion is that: increase of thickness is the most efficient method to solve the stress concentration, the second is increasing the fillet radius, the last one is stiffening lib method.
