矩形鋼管混凝土雙向壓彎構件的理論與試驗研究

(1 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學建筑設計研究院博士后流動站; 2 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學 哈爾濱 150090) [提要] 對9根方形、矩形鋼管混凝土在軸壓、單向壓彎及雙向壓彎受力狀態(tài)下的力學性能進行了研究。構件的主要變化參數(shù)為加載角度和截面長寬比。試驗結果表明:在受力過程中構件存在扭轉,構件繞弱軸的跨中撓度和繞強軸的跨中撓度比值隨著荷載的增加而增大,說明在受力過程中構件繞弱軸的剛度不斷降低。編制了數(shù)值分析程序,采用纖維模型法分析矩形鋼管混凝土在雙向壓彎受力狀態(tài)下的力學性能,分析過程中考慮了截面變形軸扭轉對構件力學性能的影響,理論分析結果和試驗結果吻合良好。利用所編制的數(shù)值分析程序,分析了在不同加載角度和截面長寬比下變形軸扭轉對構件力學性能的影響。分析結果表明:加載角度為45°時,扭轉對構件承載力的降低幅度最大,達到20%以上;隨著截面長寬比的增加,截面變形軸扭轉會明顯降低構件的承載力,截面長寬比越大,承載力的降低幅度也越大。[關鍵詞] 矩形鋼管混凝土 雙向壓彎構件 填充混凝土Experimental and Theoretical Analysis of Concrete-filled RHS Under Bi-axial Bending Moment/Authors:Guo Lanhui1,2,Zhang Sumei2,Liu Jiepeng2(1 Postdoctoral Station of Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China)Abstract:Total of 9 specimens were tested under the state of axial loading condition, uni-eccentric loading condition and bi-eccentric loading condition. The main parameters are load angle and height-to-breadth ratio. The results showes that the rigid rotation of the specimen appeared, and the ratio of deflection along minor axis deflection to deflection along major axis become larger with the increase of load. A nonlinear program is produced to analyze the behavior of the specimen under bi-axial load,and the effect of crosssectional neutral axis rotation is considered. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results and other experimental results,and they agreed well with each other. For rectangular composite columns, the rotation of the neutral axis will decrease the rigidity and bearing capacity. With the increase of height-to-breadth ratio, the decrease ratio of bearing capacity will become larger.
