神農(nóng)大劇院焊接鼓型節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要] 為考察神農(nóng)大劇院某復(fù)雜焊接鼓型節(jié)點(diǎn)在最不利工況下的應(yīng)力分布及受力性態(tài),對(duì)該節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了足尺試驗(yàn)和有限元數(shù)值分析。結(jié)果表明此節(jié)點(diǎn)在2倍設(shè)計(jì)荷載下未破壞;采用ABAQUS有限元分析,認(rèn)為該節(jié)點(diǎn)最終發(fā)生桿件破壞;對(duì)圓桿垂直貫于鼓平面類似T型的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,得到了此類節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力公式以及其內(nèi)部有十字加勁板時(shí)的加勁效率,結(jié)果表明內(nèi)置十字加勁肋可以有效提高節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力,據(jù)此給出設(shè)計(jì)建議。

Experimental study on the welded drum-type steel tubular joint of the Shennong Grand Theatre

AbstractFull-scale experimental and FEM study on the truncated joint of the Shennong Grand Theatre has been carried out. The results indicated that the ultimate capacity of the joint was larger than twice the design load. The FEM analysis was carried out by ABAQUS, and the FEM results agreed well with the experimental results. The FEM analysis indicated that the member failure happened in the end. The bearing capacity and the stiffening efficiency of the simplified joint have also gotten through the FEM analysis. The results showed that the cross stiffener improved the capacity of the joint. A recommendation was given to improve the capacity.
