佛山蘇寧廣場(chǎng)伸臂桁架關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

[摘要] 佛山蘇寧廣場(chǎng)地標(biāo)塔樓為鋼管混凝土外框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒-鋼結(jié)構(gòu)伸臂桁架的超限超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。本文針對(duì)伸臂桁架的兩類主要節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與有限元分析,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)在中震、大震作用下的性能進(jìn)行考察,以進(jìn)行節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域的板件厚度、尺寸及加勁板布置方式的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),保證節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域在中震作用下基本處于彈性狀態(tài),大震作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域基本不屈服的性能目標(biāo);并對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)鋼筋混凝土剪力墻、鋼管混凝土框架柱內(nèi)混凝土應(yīng)力分布及損傷情況進(jìn)行分析,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)其薄弱部分,對(duì)于塑形損傷嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域在后續(xù)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)。

Design and analysis of the special joints of outrigger in Foshan Suning Plaza

Abstract: Foshan Suning Plaza is a landmark high-rise building beyond code limits, which consist of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) outer frame, reinforced concrete core wall and steel outriggers truss. In this paper, two main types of joints were designed and analyzed with finite element method. In order to design the plate thickness, size and arrange the stiffer, ABAQUS was used to studied the performance of joints under middle and rare earthquake. So that, joints could stay elastic under middle earthquake and could not be yielded under rare earthquake. At the last, the stress distribution and plastic damage of reinforced concrete and concrete in CFST were also studied. We found the weakened portion, Some strengthen measures will be used in subsequent designing process.
