鋼絲網(wǎng)架混凝土夾芯墻板偏心受壓承載力分析

[摘要] 鋼絲網(wǎng)架混凝土夾芯墻板具有自重輕、承載力高、適于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)等特點(diǎn),不僅可用于圍護(hù)構(gòu)件,而且也可作為結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件用于多層住宅,列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于該類墻板在偏心受壓承載力計(jì)算方法,并匯總整理了已有的典型試驗(yàn)研究數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)墻板高厚比不超過(guò)15時(shí),可不考慮附加偏心距的影響,按照兩側(cè)受壓或一側(cè)受壓、另一側(cè)受拉進(jìn)行承載力計(jì)算,與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)值吻合較好,可作為該類墻體結(jié)構(gòu)工程設(shè)計(jì)的理論依據(jù)。

Structural analysis of concrete sandwich panel with wire mesh under eccentric loading

Abstract: Precast concrete sandwich panels with wire mesh are widely used in civil engineering both as structural elements and non-structural elements with the advantage of light-weight, high load-bearing and the potential for standardization. It has been accepted as cladding component in the past decades years and now it begins to serve in residential building as a reliable structural system. The available methods of strength prediction have been listed and compared to draw the conclusion that the effect of additional eccentricity on strength can be negligible if the slenderness ratio is less than 15 based on the existed experimental results. The analysis method with the assumption that one concrete layer is subjected to compression while the other layer is in tensile loading has good feasibility and can be used in structural design for this kind of wall system.
