[摘  要] 近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，停車位配備不斷提高，地下車庫肩負的功能復雜多樣。多數(shù)車庫頂板要滿足對綠化覆土、消防、人防等荷載以及車庫底板抗浮設計的要求。合理的車庫結構方案對優(yōu)化車庫層高，降低車庫成本有重大意義。綠地海棠灣項目地下車庫通過不同的結構方案比選，最終小柱子網(wǎng)落地，實現(xiàn)了很大程度的節(jié)約，其中人防車庫綜合含鋼量降低約30%；同時也實現(xiàn)了對停車位的優(yōu)化設計，車位使用更加舒適。本文主要介紹綠地海棠灣小柱網(wǎng)車庫設計的細節(jié)及注意要點。

Abstract：In recent years, with the development of economy, design of underground garage need to realize complex functions. The majority of garage roof should bear greening soil、fire、air defense and other loads , as well as anti floating design of garage floor. Reasonable garage structure will be invaluable for optimizing the garage floor and reduce the cost. Underground parking garage of The Greenland Group Chongqing company Haitang Bay project chose the close-range pillars by comparing different plans, so it realizes a large extent. Integrated steel content of garage air defense reduced about 30%. At the same time to realize the optimization of the design of parking spaces. The parking is more comfortable to use. This paper mainly introduces close-range pillars garage design of Greenland Haitang Bay project details and points for attention.
