[摘要] 昆山金鷹商業(yè)連廊結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為49m，結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。左側(cè)主樓地上部分共7層，首層層高5.7m，其余標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層層高為5.3m； 右側(cè)主樓地面以上9層，首層層高5.7m，第2層至第8層層高為5.3m，頂層層高為6m。兩側(cè)塔樓平面布置基本相似。兩側(cè)塔樓自11m至37.5m通過連接體相連，成為一體，連體部分總高26.5m，連體部分跨度為73.60m。針對(duì)超限情況和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)不同的抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件提出合理的抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，滿足結(jié)構(gòu)體系安全可行。

Abstract: Kunshan Golden Eagle commercial corridor structure 49 meters in height, structure with frame shear wall structure system. The main building on the ground of a total of 7 layer, high at first 5.7m, the layer height is 5.3m; on the right side of the main building with 9 floors above ground, the first layer of 5.7m, second to eighth layers high are 5.3m, the top layer is 6m. Both sides of the tower layout similar. Both sides of the tower from 11m to 37.5m are connected through the connecting bodies, as a whole, the connected 26.5m high, integral part of span 73.60m. The overload situation and the structure characteristics of seismic design, put forward reasonable target for anti lateral force structure different, meet the structural system is safe and feasible.
