[摘要] 委內瑞拉TIUNA社會住房項目是我國從事海外工程結構設計的一個積極嘗試，本項目以當?shù)卦O計規(guī)范為主進行設計，同時使用我國規(guī)范進行校核，既大量采用了當?shù)爻Ｓ玫氖┕し椒ê驮O計習慣，又考慮我國抗震理念和構造措施，提高結構的延性；同時，綜合考慮施工成本，縮短工期等因素優(yōu)化結構設計，引進成熟技術，得到最終的設計成果，希望能供從事海外工程設計的同行作為參考和借鑒。

Structural design of Venezuela TIUNA Social Housing

Abstract： This paper introduces the structural design of Venezuela TIUNA Social Housing project, which considered both the local traditional construction methods and the advanced China techniques, at the same time make afford to meet the requirement of cost and time. These may be referred to design similar oversea projects.
