[摘要]長(zhǎng)興環(huán)球中心酒店為框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，結(jié)構(gòu)高度99.73m，存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、豎向不規(guī)則、大跨度等超限情況。闡述了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能分析和設(shè)計(jì)，大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)選型及舒適度解決方案。計(jì)算分析結(jié)果滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求，且通過采取相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施，滿足了結(jié)構(gòu)安全及舒適度的要求。

Structure design of main tower building of Changxing Global Center Hotel

Abstract: The Changxing Global Center Hotel is a frame-shear wall structure with the height of 99.730m.This building has some properties exceeding the cods, such as the irregular torsion, discontinuous slab, vertical irregularity, large span, etc. The structure seismic performance analysis and design, the selection and the comfort solutions for large-span structure were introduced. Results of calculation and analysis meet the requirement of national codes. The requirements of structural safety and comfort can be achieved with the corresponding seismic strengthening measures.
