面內(nèi)受彎玻璃板承載性能的有限元分析

(清華大學(xué)建筑玻璃與金屬結(jié)構(gòu)研究所,北京100084)[提要]面內(nèi)受彎玻璃板經(jīng)常被應(yīng)用于玻璃承重結(jié)構(gòu)中,這種板件在不同的支承情況下會(huì)有不同的力學(xué)響應(yīng),而且當(dāng)缺少足夠的側(cè)向支承時(shí),板件還會(huì)發(fā)生整體失穩(wěn)而破壞,現(xiàn)有的玻璃幕墻規(guī)范對(duì)這種結(jié)構(gòu)沒(méi)有相關(guān)的規(guī)定。采用有限元方法分析了面內(nèi)受彎玻璃板靜力承載性能的兩個(gè)主要影響因素——板厚和跨高比,并對(duì)不同荷載狀況下兩種常見(jiàn)類型玻璃板的穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,得到了其屈曲荷載及屈曲模態(tài)。[關(guān)鍵詞]面內(nèi)受彎玻璃板;承載性能;抗彎強(qiáng)度;屈曲荷載Finite Element Analysis of Bearing Properties of In-plane Bending Glass Plate/Wang Yuanqing,Zhang Hengqiu,Shi Yongjiu(Tsinghua University,Beijing 100084,China)Abstract:In-plane bending glass plate is more and more widely used as a sort of load bearing glass structure,which behaves differently under different supporting conditions. If there aren′t enough supports,the plates may lose the resistance to overturning. In current code of curtain wall,the problems of stress and displacement of in-plane bending glass plate haven′t been solved. Two main influencing factors of static bearing properties of in-plane bending glass plate which are thickness and length-width ratio,are analyzed. The buckling problems of two common in-plane bending glass plate are discussed,and the buckling loads and buckling modes are obtained.Keywords:in-plane bending glass plate; load bearing properties; bending strength; buckling loads
