[摘要] 上海黃浦江中心段某商務(wù)樓為復(fù)雜超限型鋼混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)，本文首先介紹了整體結(jié)構(gòu)體系、地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)，重點(diǎn)介紹了該復(fù)雜超限結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震分析及性能化設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)工程抗震超限情況，提出了針對(duì)超限采取的措施和抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)和方法。進(jìn)行了小震、中震下的整體計(jì)算和罕遇地震下的彈塑性分析，分析結(jié)果表明，針對(duì)本工程提出的性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是合理的，結(jié)構(gòu)安全性能夠得到保證。

Structural design of an out-of-codes composite high-rise building located in the middle bank of Huangpu River

Abstract: The business building analyzed in this paper is located in the middle Bank of Huangpu river and complicated out-of-codes SRC frame-core structural system is used in this structure. The overall structural system and foundation design were introduced firstly, and the seismic analysis and performance-based design were also mainly introduced. According to the research on seismic performance, the methods of solving the problems of out-of-codes structures were proposed and principles and goals of performance-based design were studied. The overall calculation of frequent and intermediate earthquake and the static elastic-plastic ultimate seismic analysis under rare earthquake were carried out. The results showed that the objective of performance-based design is reasonable for this project and the safety of the structure can be ensured.
