[摘要]  中央海航酒店廣場項目一期寫字樓工程結構總高度為149.95m，采用鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結構體系。根據抗震設計性能化目標，從結構整體分析、彈性動力時程分析、彈塑性靜力分析Pushover及針對關鍵構件在中震和大震的驗算，結合本工程特點所采取的抗震加強措施出發(fā)，介紹該塔樓的結構分析。

Abstract: HNA Central Hotel Plaza project is an office building structure with a total height of 149.95 meters,the steel frame-corewall structure system. According to the performance-based seismic design,from the structure of the overall elastic dynamic time history analysis,pushover analysis and seismic taken according to the characteristics of engineering strengthening measures, the towers of the structure analysis.
