[摘要] 哥弟總部大樓結(jié)構(gòu)中的偏置核心筒、樓板大開洞、穿層柱、腰桁架等關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件受力復雜，根據(jù)各自實際受力狀況，通過補充分析，找出薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，提出加強措施，同時采用抗震性能化設計方法對這些關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進行設計，確保這些關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件不先于整體結(jié)構(gòu)破壞。

Abstract:. The key components of GeDi headquarters building structure such as remoted center core wall, floor wide open hole, skip floor columns, belt trusses are complex, according to their actual force condition, we proposed strengthening measures by looking for the weak links through additional analysis, meanwhile designed them by using seismic performance-based design method and ensure that these key components would not be destroyed before the whole structure.
