[摘要]  云頂梅溪湖項(xiàng)目17#棟地上50層,地下兩層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度156.90m,為超B級(jí)高度復(fù)雜高層建筑,采用部分落地框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)換梁柱采用型鋼混凝土。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),計(jì)算分析過(guò)程。采用基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)小震不壞,中震可修,大震不倒三水準(zhǔn)抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

 High position transfer story structural design of YunDing Meixi lake project in Changsha

Abstract: Building #17 of YunDing Meixi lake project has two levels of basement and 50 stories above ground. The structural height is 156.90m, beyond B category high-rise complicated building. Structural system of partially grounded shear wall and frame, and steel reinforced concrete transfer-beam is adopted. The report has briefly described the adopted structural system, overall structural design criteria and calculation and analysis process. The performance-based approach is utilized for the seismic design in order to fulfill the three seismic fortification goals-"undamaged in minor earthquake, repairable in medium earthquake and un-collapsed in rare earthquake".
