[摘要] 合肥智慧廣場(chǎng)塔樓建筑高度179.9m，采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為B級(jí)高度超限高層建筑。采用SATWE和MIDAS進(jìn)行比較分析，包括整體彈性分析、彈性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析、Pushover分析，以滿足規(guī)范的各項(xiàng)要求。

Abstract: Hefei Wisdom Plaza is a super-high structure which is 179.9 meters high. The height of the building belongs to B-level, and the structural system is frame-corewall structure. Comparative analysis were carried out with SATWE and MIDAS, which consisted of the whole elastic analysis, the Elastic time-history dynamic analysis and Pushover analysis, it shows that the entire designed structure can meet the requirement of Chinese structural code.
