[摘要] 萬科南站商務(wù)城一期T1塔樓為一棟涉及商業(yè)和辦公的超高層建筑,復(fù)雜的建筑功能導(dǎo)致建筑結(jié)構(gòu)多項規(guī)則性指標(biāo)超限,設(shè)計針對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況采取相應(yīng)的處理措施,較好地解決建筑功能與結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)則性之間的矛盾。采用基于性能的設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行超限高層的抗震設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)“小震不壞,中震可修,大震不倒”的三水準(zhǔn)抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

Structural design on tower T1 of Vanke South Station Commerce City I

Abstract: The tower T1 of Vanke South Station Commerce City I is an out-of-codes high-rise building with the formats of commerce and office, and the complex architectural function leads to a number of structural regularity indexes out-of-codes. According to this situation, reasonable treatment measures were taken during structure design, and the contradiction between architectural function and structural indexes was solved. Performance-based design method was used in structural seismic design of the building. The results show that the structure system can meet the requirements of no-damage under light earthquake, repairable under medium earthquake, and no-collapse under strong earthquake.
