【摘要】  西安邁科商業(yè)中心項目是一個超限高層連體結(jié)構，采用了鋼框架-鋼中心支撐筒體結(jié)構體系，其中核心筒由密集布置的鋼管混凝土框架柱+鋼中心支撐+鋼梁+耗能梁組成，外框架由鋼管混凝土柱+鋼梁組成，兩個兩層高鋼桁架將兩塔樓連接在一起，在連體層和連體下一層沿外框架柱布置封閉腰桁架，形成結(jié)構加強層。主體結(jié)構具有平面不規(guī)則、連接體連接位置高、跨度大、兩塔樓平面位置復雜等特性。本文主要介紹該連體結(jié)構設計的若干關鍵要點。

Structural key design points for Xi’an Maike commercial center project

Abstract: Xi’an Maike commercial center is a high-rise connected structure, which using steel framing-steel concentrically brace core system, where the core composed of close CFT columns, steel concentrically brace, steel beam and energy consumption beam, the outer framing composed of CFT columns and steel beams, two steel trusses which have two stories connected the two towers together, the belt truss arranged at the outer layer of the frame column in the connect level and below level, forming a structural reinforcement layer. The structure has the following characteristics: irregular plan, the steel truss connecting the two towers in the high position and with long span, complex plan, and so on. The paper describes the key design points of the connected tower.
