端拼縫疊合樓板受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]現(xiàn)有疊合樓板設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)垂直拼縫方向不考慮承受外荷載作用,導(dǎo)致成本增加和不符合實(shí)際的受力情況。通過(guò)不同構(gòu)造形式的疊合樓板試驗(yàn),研究不同構(gòu)造處理形式的拼縫疊合樓板在豎向單調(diào)荷載作用下的受力特性,觀察疊合樓板試件從裂縫開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)到破壞狀態(tài)的全過(guò)程,分析試件在各級(jí)荷載下?lián)隙?、抗彎承載力變化及拼縫處鋼筋應(yīng)力傳遞變化情況。結(jié)果表明:拼縫處未設(shè)附加約束的疊合樓板具有一定的承載能力,但搭接縱筋超過(guò)屈服荷載后,會(huì)產(chǎn)生脆性斷裂破壞;當(dāng)設(shè)置格構(gòu)鋼筋約束時(shí),能夠保證拼縫處鋼筋的有效傳力,且具有較高的延性,疊合樓板承載力即為拼縫處截面承載力。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of composite slab with end joints

Abstract:

In the existing composite slab  design, joints are not considered to subject external loads in the vertical direction, leading to the increase of cost and unreal mechanical conditions. Through tests on composite slab with different structural forms, mechanical characteristics of the composite slab under vertical monotonic loads were studied. The whole process from appearance of crack to failure of composite slab specimens was observed. The deflection, flexural carrying capacity change and rebar stress transfer conditions in the joints were studied under all levels of loads. The results show that composite slab without additional constraints in joints has certain bearing capacity but brittle failure is to happen when overlapping longitudinal rebar exceeds the yield load. Effective force transmission and high ductility are ensured with lattice rebar restraint, and the bearing capacity of composite slab is the bearing capacity of joint connection.
