小銹蝕率鋼筋混凝土梁承載性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]采用半濕通電法獲得小銹蝕率鋼筋混凝土梁,通過對銹蝕的鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行加載試驗(yàn),獲得其承載性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,半濕通電法能夠避免全濕通電法氧化不充分及試件尺寸限制的問題,可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室獲取銹蝕鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件,但銹蝕是不均勻的;對于小銹蝕率鋼筋混凝土梁,隨著銹蝕率增加,梁的開裂荷載和屈服荷載有所提高。

Experimental study on bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beams with small corrosion ratio

Abstract:The corroded reinforced concrete beams with small corrosion ratio made by the semiwet electrifying method were conducted loading tests to obtain their bearing capacities. The experimental results show that the semiwet electrifying method can avoid the problems of incomplete oxidation and limitation of specimen size in wet electrifying method, and can be used to obtain the artificial corroded reinforced concrete beams in laboratory but the corrosion is uneven. The cracking load and yield load of corroded reinforced concrete beam with small corrosion ratio would increase in a certain extent with the increase of corrosion ratio.
