外保溫疊合填充墻板框架結(jié)構(gòu)振動臺試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]對兩層鋼筋混凝土純框架結(jié)構(gòu)及外保溫疊合填充墻板的框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了足尺振動臺試驗(yàn),對比研究了框架結(jié)構(gòu)及外保溫疊合填充墻板的破壞過程和破壞模式,分析了外保溫疊合填充墻板對鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的周期、阻尼比、剛度、樓層加速度以及樓層位移的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:與鋼筋混凝土純框架結(jié)構(gòu)相比,外保溫疊合填充墻板框架結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼比有大幅度的提高,說明外保溫疊合填充墻板比一般填充墻板耗能能力強(qiáng);結(jié)構(gòu)的加速度放大系數(shù)隨著地震烈度增加而減小,隨著樓層高度的增加而增大;結(jié)構(gòu)的樓層位移模式呈剪切型變形特點(diǎn),層間位移角小于規(guī)范限值;填充墻體與框架主要靠鉤頭螺栓連接,從彈性到塑性的過程中,除了在墻板的腳部出現(xiàn)裂縫外,沒有出現(xiàn)整體垮塌現(xiàn)象,說明填充墻體與框架的連接措施可靠,可以在地震區(qū)推廣使用。

Shaking table test study on frame structure with external insulation composite filled wallboard

Abstract:

In order to investigate the failure process and failure mode of the pure reinforced concrete frame structure and filled wallboard, full\|scale model of a two-storey pure frame structure and frame structure with external insulation composite filled wallbord were conducted by shaking table tests, and the effects of external insulation composite filled wallbord on period, damping ratio, stiffness, floor acceleration and floor displacement of reinforced concrete frame structure were analyzed. The results show that compared with the pure  reinforced concrete frame structure, the damping ratio of the frame structure with external insulation composite filled wallbord increases greatly, so its energy dissipation ability is better than ordinary filler wall. The acceleration amplification coefficient of the structure decreases with the increase of seismic intensity, and increases with the increase of floor height. The floor displacement model of the structure assumes the deformation characteristics of shear type, and the inter\|layer displacement angle is less than the limit. The filled wallbord connects with the frame mainly by hook bolts, and there is no overall collapse phenomenon from elastic stage to plastic stage except the wall foot cracks. The connection measures are reliable between the wallboard and the frame and the connection measures can be used widely in the earthquake zone.
