[摘要]以位于高烈度區(qū)的海口中心主塔樓為例,介紹了該建筑的主要結(jié)構(gòu)特性。該塔樓采用了帶伸臂桁架和腰桁架的加強(qiáng)層及斜支撐的方鋼管混凝土框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震作用下的反應(yīng)譜分析和時(shí)程分析,并分別運(yùn)用SATWEETABS兩種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算分析和對(duì)比,從而保證了計(jì)算結(jié)果的可靠性;對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)定適宜的性能目標(biāo),完成了結(jié)構(gòu)在中震作用下的計(jì)算分析;為控制性能目標(biāo)為中震不屈服時(shí)核心筒底部墻肢的拉應(yīng)力水平,調(diào)整了結(jié)構(gòu)布置以?xún)?yōu)化外框架和核心筒的抗側(cè)承擔(dān)率;并采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的性能化設(shè)計(jì)。

Mixed structural scheme analysis and design of main tower building of Haikou Center

Abstract:Taking  main tower building of  Haikou Center located in the highintensity seismic region as example,  main structural characteristics of the building were introduced and structural system of concretefilled steel tubular framecore wall structure with outriggers and belt trusses in strengthening layers and diagonal bracings was adopted. The response spectrum and elastic timehistory analyses under the frequent earthquake were carried out. In order to ensure the reliability of calculation results, softwares of SATWE and ETABS were used to compare the overall calculation and analysis results. Appropriate seismic performance objectives of the structure members were set up and the analysis under the fortification earthquake was completed. To control the level of the tensile stress of bottom shear wall in core wall under the performance objective of nonyielding under the fortification earthquake, the structure arrangement was adjusted to optimize the lateral resistance ratio of frame and core wall. Elasticplastic timehistory analysis under the rare earthquake was analyzed by using ABAQUS software. All the analyses ensured the completion of performance\|based seismic design.
