預(yù)應(yīng)力橡膠隔震支座力學(xué)性能試驗研究

[摘要]在對預(yù)應(yīng)力橡膠隔震支座(PRB)進(jìn)行水平和豎向單調(diào)靜力加載試驗基礎(chǔ)上,研究了其豎向剛度和水平剛度等力學(xué)性能及變化規(guī)律,對適用于計算普通橡膠隔震支座(RB)的豎向剛度公式進(jìn)行修正,同時提出PRB水平剛度的簡化計算方法。此外,通過對PRB進(jìn)行反復(fù)加載試驗,研究了其水平滯回耗能性能。研究結(jié)果表明,PRB豎向剛度趨于常數(shù),但其計算公式不能沿用適應(yīng)于RB豎向剛度計算公式;PRB的水平剛度為變剛度,這有利于地震時的水平限位;與RB相比,PRB具有較好的耗能能力。

Experimental study on mechanical property for prestressed rubber isolation bearings

Abstract:Based on the tests of prestressed rubber isolation bearings (PRB) under horizontal and vertical monotonic static loadings, the vertical and horizontal stiffness of PRB and its variation rules were studied. The conventional formula of vertical stiffness for rubber isolation bearings (RB) was revised and the simplified calculation method of horizontal stiffness for PRB was also proposed. Moreover, through the cyclic loading test on PRB, the hysteretic energy dissipation capacity of PRB was studied. The results show that the vertical stiffness of PRB tends to be a constant value, but the calculation formula of RB cannot be applied to PRB. The horizontal stiffness of PRB is variable stiffness, which is conducive to the horizontal displacement limitation under the earthquake. In addition, compared to conventional RB, PRB has a considerable capacity of energy dissipation.
