[摘要]提出一種二硫化鉬固體潤(rùn)滑劑涂層的新型分離式摩擦滑移隔震裝置,為研究該新型隔震系統(tǒng)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響,進(jìn)行了隔震和非隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的模型振動(dòng)臺(tái)對(duì)比試驗(yàn)?;谠囼?yàn)結(jié)果,從結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特性、位移反應(yīng)及加速度反應(yīng)等方面評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能,并對(duì)比分析了該新型摩擦滑移隔震系統(tǒng)的隔震效果。研究表明:二硫化鉬固體潤(rùn)滑劑涂層具有較高的豎向承載特性和低摩擦特性,新型分離式摩擦滑移隔震系統(tǒng)能夠有效降低結(jié)構(gòu)地震響應(yīng)。相比于非隔震結(jié)構(gòu),采用新型分離式摩擦滑移系統(tǒng)的隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的樓層加速度、層間位移角均減小,地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)能量的耗散主要集中在隔震支座處,該隔震系統(tǒng)具有良好的隔震效果,結(jié)構(gòu)可以滿(mǎn)足抗震要求。

Shaking table test on isolated structure with innovative separated friction sliding device

Abstract:A seismic isolation with innovative separated friction sliding device used molybdenum disulfide lubricant coating has been proposed. In order to study the effect of this system on seismic behavior of structure, the comparison tests of shaking table in the isolated and nonisolated structure models were given. Based on the test results, the seismic behavior of the seismic isolation with innovative separated friction sliding device was evaluated in terms of dynamic characteristics, displacement response and acceleration response, and isolating affection was compared and analyzed. Test result reveals that molybdenum disulfide lubricant coating has better vertical bearing capacity and lower friction, the seismic isolation with innovative separated friction sliding device can reduce the seismic response of structure efficiently. Compared with nonisolated structure models, the floor acceleration and story drift angle of isolated structure adopting innovative separated friction sliding device decreased. Under seismic action, the scope of the energy dissipation concentrates at isolation bearing, this seismic isolation has better isolating affection and the isolated structure satisfies design requirement.
