［摘要］由中國(guó)政府援建的吉爾吉斯斯坦共和國(guó)奧什市外科醫(yī)院，處于9度的高烈度地震區(qū)，抗震設(shè)計(jì)是確定本工程結(jié)構(gòu)方案要考慮的首要問(wèn)題。論述了鋼框架偏心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)、現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)、現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)三種結(jié)構(gòu)方案對(duì)于本工程的適應(yīng)性，確定現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)為本工程的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，并對(duì)此結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了抗震驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果表明，本工程的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)能夠滿(mǎn)足中、吉兩國(guó)抗震規(guī)范要求，結(jié)構(gòu)是安全的。

Structural scheme optimization and seismic analysis on a surgical hospital

in highintensity earthquake region

Abstract:The  Osh surgical hospital of Kyrgyzstan Republic  aided by Chinese government  is located in the highintensity earthquake region of 9 degree, and the primary problem in determining the structural scheme is seismic design. The applicability of three structural schemes was discussed including steel frameeccentrically braced structure, castinplace reinforced concrete frameshear wall structure and castinplace reinforced concrete frame structure. The castinplace reinforced concrete frame structure was selected. The seismic checking was carried out. Results show that all the indexes of the project can meet seismic code requirements of both China and Kyrgyzstan, and the structure is safe.
