梁柱T形鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)力學(xué)性能及加強(qiáng)方式研究*

[摘要]梁柱T形鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)通過螺栓和T形鋼把鋼框架中的梁柱連接在一起,構(gòu)造簡單、受力明確、抗震性能優(yōu)越,是一種剛勁的半剛性連接方式,但普通梁柱T形鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)用于高層建筑中仍存在剛度、強(qiáng)度不足的問題。通過試驗(yàn)和有限元數(shù)值模擬研究了普通梁柱T形鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能,從該節(jié)點(diǎn)的最薄弱部位著手,探討了加強(qiáng)上部T形鋼構(gòu)造的六種方案:腹板增設(shè)一排抗剪螺栓、腹板與翼緣間設(shè)加勁肋、增加翼緣及腹板寬度、增加翼緣及腹板寬度同時增加翼緣橫向螺栓數(shù)量、梁腹板與柱之間增設(shè)單腹板和雙腹板連接角鋼。數(shù)值分析結(jié)果表明,以上六種方案均能直接或間接地提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的彈性極限、初始剛度和極限承載力,但對最終的破壞模式影響較小。最后針對T形鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)方式提出了一些建議。

Study on mechanical property and strengthening method  of steel beamtocolumn Tstub connections

Abstract:Steel beamtocolumn Tstub connections, which connects steel beams and columns in steel frame together through bolts and Tstub, is a kind of semirigid strong connection form with simple details, definite mechanical ways and well seismic performance. But the ordinary steel beamtocolumn Tstub connections used in highrise buildings still have problems of insufficient stiffness and strength. The mechanical properties of the steel beamtocolumn Tstub connections were studied through the test and finite element numerical simulation. The weakest part of the connection was focused and six schemes to strengthen upper Tstub details were discussed, including a row of shear bolts additionally provided in the web, stiffener arranged between the flange and web, increase of the width of the flange and web, increase of transverse bolts of the flange and web, and additionally provided connected angle steel on one side or both sides of the beam web to connect the column. The numerical analysis results show that the above six schemes can directly or indirectly improve the elastic limit, initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the connection, but has little effect on the final failure mode. Finally some suggestions on structural strengthening method of T\|stub connections were given.
