[摘要]
冷成型焊接圓鋼管的徑厚比過(guò)小會(huì)使鋼管材料產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的冷作硬化效應(yīng),強(qiáng)度提高而延性、韌性與焊接性能下降。結(jié)合鋼管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定,對(duì)鋼管徑厚比的合理限值及徑厚比與鋼材伸長(zhǎng)率的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究與探討,分析認(rèn)為設(shè)定鋼管中保有延伸率來(lái)確定其徑厚比限值是較合理的方法。同時(shí),對(duì)徑厚比驗(yàn)證性試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的研究和分析表明,當(dāng)冷成型圓管(Q345)的徑厚比為15時(shí),鋼管材料強(qiáng)度提高而延性、韌性與焊接性能均有較大幅度下降。

Discussion on limited value of diameterthickness ratio for coldformed
welded circular steel tube

Abstract:
Coldformed welded circular steel tube with too small diameterthickness ratio, which has strong coldhardening effect on the steel tube material, has improved strength and degraded ductility, toughness and welding performance. Combined with the formulation of a piece of steel pipe standard, relationships between reasonable limited value and diameterthickness ratio of the tube and steel elongation were studied and discussed. It was pointed out that to reserve the necessary percentage elongation may be a reasonable method for limited value of the diameterthickness ratio. Meanwhile, the study and analysis of examined test data on diameterthickness ratio show that when the diameterthickness ratio of Q345 coldformed circular steel tube equals 15, the strength of the steel tube material increases but ductility, toughness and weld ability decrease with a large range.
