花紋方鋼管與混凝土間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的推出試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]從提高鋼管與混凝土自然粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的角度,采用內(nèi)置花紋的鋼管進(jìn)行9個(gè)方鋼管混凝土的推出試驗(yàn)。考慮混凝土強(qiáng)度、花紋凸起高度2個(gè)因素的影響,得出鋼管的荷載滑移曲線、鋼管應(yīng)變沿縱向分布及特征粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的大小。綜合考慮這2個(gè)影響因素,統(tǒng)計(jì)回歸出特征粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算公式。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,將花紋鋼管引入鋼管混凝土中,可顯著提高鋼管與混凝土界面上的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨花紋凸起高度的增大而增大;特征粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的回歸公式能夠很好地?cái)M合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Pushout test study on the bond strength between square checkered steel tube and concrete

Abstract:From the perspective of improving the natural bond strength between steel tube and concrete, the pushout tests of nine specimens about concrete filled square checkered steel tube were carried out. Considering the influences of two factors including concrete strength and the checkered pattern height, the loadslip curve, strain of the steel tube along the longitudinal position and the characteristic bond strength were obtained. Synthetically considering the two factors, a set of calculative formulas of three characteristic bond strengths were presented by regression analysis. The experimental results show that the introduction of checkered steel tube in concrete filled steel tube can significantly improve the interface ultimate bond strength between the steel tube and concrete, meanwhile the ultimate bond strength increases with the height of checkered pattern increasing; the regression formulas of characteristic bond strength agrees well with the test results.
