鋼管與管外混凝土界面粘結(jié)抗剪能力試驗研究*

[摘要]為研究并揭示鋼管混凝土疊合柱的鋼管與管外混凝土界面的粘結(jié)抗剪能力,完成了10個試件的推出試驗,其中3個試件的鋼管外壁未焊接抗剪連接件,4個試件的鋼管外壁焊接鋼筋環(huán)、3個試件的鋼管外壁焊接栓釘作為抗剪連接件。試件的破壞形態(tài)為鋼管混凝土被推出,鋼筋環(huán)的焊縫及栓釘?shù)乃U被剪斷;未焊接抗剪連接件試件的實測界面抗剪粘結(jié)強度略大于1.0MPa;鋼筋環(huán)直徑由6mm增大為8mm、或由1根增加為2根、或栓釘直徑由10mm增大為16mm,界面的受剪承載力增大;1根直徑8mm的鋼筋環(huán)的受剪承載力大于4根直徑16mm的栓釘?shù)氖芗舫休d力。鋼筋環(huán)及栓釘?shù)氖芗舫休d力試驗值大于公式計算值。提出了鋼管與管外混凝土界面抗剪粘結(jié)設(shè)計建議。

Test study on shearbond capacity of steel tubeout of tube concrete interface

Abstract:To study and reveal the shearbond capacity of the steel tubeout of tube concrete interface for steel tubereinforced concrete columns, pushout tests of 10 specimens were performed. Among 10 specimens, 3 specimens had no shear connector on the steel tube, 4 specimens had steel bar rings and 3 specimens had shear studs welded on the steel tube respectively as the shear connector. The failure mode of the specimens was that the concrete filled steel tube was pushed out, both the welds of steel bar ring and the stud bar were shear broken. The measured shearbond strength of the interface without shear connector was a little bit larger than 10MPa. Increasing the diameter of the steel bar ring from 6mm to 8mm, or increasing the number of the steel bar ring from 1 to 2, or increasing the diameter of the stud from 10mm to 16mm, led to an increase of the shear capacity of the interface. The shear capacity of one 8mm diameter steel bar ring was larger than those of four 16mm diameter studs. The measured shear capacities of the steel bar ring and of the stud were larger than those of the calculated values. The shearbond design recommendations for the steel tubeout of tube concrete interface were presented.
