雙曲殼體冷卻塔局部穩(wěn)定檢算方法研究*

[摘要]根據(jù)已有的雙曲殼體冷卻塔局部穩(wěn)定試驗,從模型試驗的荷載組合、臨界屈曲應力、應力狀態(tài)、計算參數(shù)等多方面對其試驗結果進行探討,并根據(jù)再現(xiàn)計算和線性分支點屈曲結果對試驗結果進行比較分析。盡管Mungan I的試驗結果穩(wěn)定可靠,但僅以喉部應力狀態(tài)得到的屈曲判別準則并不能推廣至整個殼體,以此得到的安全因子分布也與試驗現(xiàn)象相悖。根據(jù)其試驗結果對試驗模型和冷卻塔結構的環(huán)向臨界屈曲應力分別進行修正,修正方法可以較好地反映試驗現(xiàn)象和冷卻塔結構不同部位的局部穩(wěn)定水平。

Study on local stability  method of hyperboloidal  shell cooling towers

Abstract:Based on the  local stability test  of hyperbolic shell cooling tower, test results were discussed from perspectives of model test loading combinations, critical buckling stress, stress state and calculation parameters. Test results were compared and analyzed according to the re\|calculations and buckling results of linear branch points. Although the test results of Mungan  I were stable and reliable, but the buckling judgment criteria only based on the throat stress state cannot be generalized to the whole shell, and the obtained safety factor distribution failed to agree with experimental phenomena. According to the test results, ring critical buckling stresses of the test model and the cooling tower structure were modified respectively. The correction method could well reflect the experiment phenomena and local stability level in different parts of the cooling tower structure.
