［摘要］針對(duì)貴陽花果園項(xiàng)目N區(qū)雙子塔外框核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)，利用貴州地區(qū)砂、石材料研究了C70高強(qiáng)大流態(tài)免振機(jī)制砂混凝土，通過U形漏斗、C形箱、全量檢測(cè)等試驗(yàn)方式，經(jīng)過多次反復(fù)試驗(yàn)，找出最佳工作性能和水粉比、單位體積漿體量的關(guān)系及砂率對(duì)高強(qiáng)、自密實(shí)混凝土最佳工作性能和強(qiáng)度的影響關(guān)系，最終優(yōu)化配制出了優(yōu)質(zhì)的高強(qiáng)大流態(tài)免振機(jī)制砂混凝土，具有施工方便、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等特點(diǎn)，解決了復(fù)雜超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)核心筒、外框架勁性鋼柱結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層鋼筋密集及混凝土無法振搗的難題。

Abstract:According to the framecore wall structural system of twin towers in Huaguoyuan project N District, C70 highstrength, large flow state and vibrationfree concrete with manufactured sand was studied using sand and stone materials in Guizhou. Test ways of Ushaped hopper, Cshaped box and the whole amount detection were used to find out the relationship between the best workability and parameters of watercement ratio and unit volume of mortar after repeated tests and the influence of the sand ratio on the best workability and strength of highstrength and selfcompacting concrete. Finally, highstrength, large flow state and vibrationfree concrete was optimized and compounded with characteristics of convenient construction, energy conservation and environmental protection.The problems of difficult to vibrate the concrete due to dense steel bars in transfer layer of outer frame rigid steel structure and core wall of complex supertall building structure were solved.
