常/變法向應(yīng)力作用下密砂-混凝土接觸面剪切力學(xué)性狀試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過大型直剪儀對(duì)密砂-混凝土接觸面進(jìn)行了常法向應(yīng)力和變法向應(yīng)力作用下的剪切試驗(yàn),分析了剪切面剪應(yīng)力和體應(yīng)變的變化特征,建立了密砂-混凝土接觸面剪切的數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明:在常法向應(yīng)力剪切試驗(yàn)中,密砂-混凝土接觸面的抗剪強(qiáng)度符合摩爾庫(kù)倫定律,抗剪殘余強(qiáng)度與法向應(yīng)力之間成直線關(guān)系,體應(yīng)變與法向應(yīng)力密切相關(guān);在變法向應(yīng)力剪切試驗(yàn)中第二級(jí)法向應(yīng)力作用下,密砂-混凝土接觸面的剪應(yīng)力最大值與相應(yīng)的常法向應(yīng)力作用下的抗剪殘余強(qiáng)度相同,但其體應(yīng)變比相應(yīng)常法向應(yīng)力作用下的體應(yīng)變小。在常法向應(yīng)力作用下,密砂-混凝土接觸面的剪應(yīng)力-剪切位移關(guān)系曲線可用三折線擬合;在變法向應(yīng)力作用下,密砂-混凝土接觸面的剪應(yīng)力-剪切位移關(guān)系曲線可用三折線雙曲線擬合。

Experimental study on shear mechanical properties on dense sand-concrete interface under constant and varying normal stress

Abstract: A series of large-scale direct shear tests of dense sand-concrete interface under constant and varying normal stress were carried out by using large-scale direct shear apparatus to analyze the characteristics of shear stress and volumetric strain and mathematical models of dense sand-concrete interface were established. The results show that in the constant normal stress-shear tests, the shear strength of dense sand-concrete interface satisfies the Mohr-Coulomb criterion, the relationship between residual strength and normal stress is linear, and the volumetric strain is closely related to the normal stress. Under the second order normal stress of the varying normal stress-shear tests, the maximum shear stress is identical to the residual strength under the constant normal stress but the volumetric strain is smaller. The relationship between the shear stress and the shear displacement under the constant normal stress can be fitted with the tri-linear, and the relation ship between them under the varying normal stress can be fitted with the tri-linearhyperbolic curve.
