吉達(dá)國際機場曲面幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

（江河創(chuàng)建集團股份有限公司，北京 101300）［摘要］吉達(dá)國際機場鋼結(jié)構(gòu)幕墻面積達(dá)12萬m2，單側(cè)延伸長度達(dá)1 655m，主要的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)幕墻為曲面幕墻形式。建筑設(shè)計要求采取尺寸較小的桿件截面以確保外觀盡可能通透；結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求實現(xiàn)幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可相對主體結(jié)構(gòu)在平面內(nèi)獨立變形的功能。為實現(xiàn)上述要求，采用由撐管和大跨度橢圓管橫梁組成的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系，在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求的前提下，采用較小截面尺寸的桿件構(gòu)成曲面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。通過在連接的節(jié)點處采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?，以滿足幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu)和主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在平面內(nèi)無相互影響的要求，同時也較好地解決了超長幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系跨越主體結(jié)構(gòu)伸縮縫的情況。［關(guān)鍵詞］吉達(dá)國際機場; 曲面幕墻; 幕墻支撐結(jié)構(gòu); 撐管; 大跨度橢圓管橫梁中圖分類號：TU398+.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)01-0064-03Steel structural design of curved curtain wall of Jeddah International Airport in Saudi ArabiaWang Bin, Li Yongchun, Zheng Shenglin, Yu Weixian, Wang Linyun(Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd., Beijing 101300, China)Abstract: The area of steel structure curtain wall of Jeddah International Airport in Saudi Arabia is 120 000 m2, whose spread length for one side is 1 655m.The main steel structure curtain wall type is curved curtain wall. Transparent vision with small section components was required by the architecture design, while steel structure curtain wall was required by the structural design to deform relative to the main structure independently in plane. In order to achieve above requirements, the steel structural system which was composed of struts and large-span oval tube beams was adopted and small section components were used in curved steel structure to fulfill the requirements of the structural design.
