深圳北站站臺雨棚新型弦支屋蓋張拉模擬及試驗研究*

(1 東莞理工學(xué)院建筑工程系, 東莞 523808; 2 深圳大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院, 深圳 518060;3 浙江大學(xué)空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究中心,杭州 310058)[摘要]針對深圳北站站臺雨棚屋蓋采用的由四邊形環(huán)索、豎向撐桿、斜桿及上部柱面網(wǎng)殼構(gòu)成的弦支結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)合其結(jié)構(gòu)形式及工作特性,提出了適于該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的基本張拉方法、模擬算法及施工方案,并通過縮尺模型試驗開展了3×3跨弦支單元體系的施工張拉模擬驗證,進而確定了該站臺雨棚屋蓋整體結(jié)構(gòu)施工張拉的控制原則和總體方案。全過程施工張拉模擬分析對比表明,提出的張拉方法、步驟及預(yù)應(yīng)力控制方案等能確保施工張拉全過程及張拉完成后該新型弦支結(jié)構(gòu)體系的強度、剛度及穩(wěn)定性始終符合設(shè)計要求,并保持安全穩(wěn)定。[關(guān)鍵詞]深圳北站; 雨棚; 四邊形環(huán)索; 施工張拉; 試驗中圖分類號:TU248.1,TU394 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)01-0053-05Pre-stressing simulation and experimental study of new type suspended roof in platform canopy of Shenzhen North Railway StationSun Can1, Fu Xueyi2, Wu Bing2, Feng Yewen2, Meng Meili2, Yuan Xingfei3(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Dongguan University of Technology, Dongguan 523808, China; 2 The Institute of Architecture Design & Research, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen 518060, China; 3 Spatial Structure Research Center, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310058, China)Abstract: The platform canopy of Shenzhen North Railway Station adopts a new-type suspended structural system composed of quadrilateral hoop cable elements, vertical brace struts, inclined struts and top cylindrical lattice shell. Combined with the structure form and working characteristics, the basic pre-stressing method, simulation algorithm and construction scheme were proposed suitable for this structural system, and the construction pre-stressing simulation verification was carried out by scale model test of 3×3 span suspended element system. And then the control principle and general scheme of construction pre-stressing of the whole structure of platform canopy roof was confirmed.
