包商銀行商務(wù)大廈超限結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]包商銀行商務(wù)大廈為最大高度135m的大底盤多塔超限高層建筑,3棟塔樓質(zhì)量、剛度差異較大,5層裙房樓面開洞率高、連接薄弱,裙房上部A塔、B塔之間設(shè)平面尺寸為40m×40m的負(fù)高斯曲面單層鋼網(wǎng)殼,合理地處理B級高度高層結(jié)構(gòu)、多塔結(jié)構(gòu)、裙房樓板嚴(yán)重不連續(xù)等多項超限特征是本工程的設(shè)計難點?;谛阅芑拐鹪O(shè)計,根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要性分別提出不同的性能目標(biāo),采取相應(yīng)抗震加強措施,通過不同程序分別進行了中震彈性、中震不屈服設(shè)計及大震彈塑性驗證分析。分析結(jié)果表明,所提出的各項性能化目標(biāo)均得到實現(xiàn),性能化抗震設(shè)計和采取的抗震措施能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)“小震不壞、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防要求。

Out-of-code structural design of Baoshang Bank business building

Abstract: Baoshang Bank business building with the maximum height of 135m is an out-of-code high-rise multi-tower building with a large podium. The mass and stiffness of the three towers above the podium have large differences. The slabs of the five-story podium have large opening ratio and weak connections. On the top of the podium, there is a 40m×40m single-layer reticulated shell structure with negative Gaussian surface located between tower A and B. The challenge of this project is to reasonably deal with multiple out-of-code characteristics, including B-level height high-rise building, multi-tower and severe discontinuity of podium slabs. According to performance-based seismic design, the performance-based seismic design goals and the seismic strengthening measures should correspond to the importance of the members. Different programs were used to carry out the elastic design and non-yielding design under the fortification earthquake as well as the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. Analyses results show that the proposed objectives of performance-based seismic design are achieved and the adopted seismic measures can fulfill the seismic fortification requirements of the 3-level design.
