昆明同德廣場超高層辦公樓抗震設(shè)計

(廣州瀚華建筑設(shè)計有限公司, 廣州 510630)[摘要]昆明市同德廣場辦公樓為采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的新建超高層建筑,屬8度區(qū)超B級高度一般不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)的超限設(shè)計,包括彈性計算、彈性時程分析和動力彈塑性計算等內(nèi)容,并著重介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)選型。分析結(jié)果表明,工程雖然屬于高烈度區(qū)的超高層建筑,但是通過細致的分析及合理的結(jié)構(gòu)布置,能實現(xiàn)使用普通的結(jié)構(gòu)形式來滿足設(shè)計所定的抗震設(shè)防目標的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能設(shè)計; 動力彈塑性分析中圖分類號:TU318.2 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)01-0010-05Seismic design of super-tall office building of Tongde Plaza in KunmingZheng Shaochang, Zheng Jiandong(Guangzhou Hanhua Architects+Engineers Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510630,China)Abstract: Tongde Plaza office building in Kunming, which is a newly-built super-tall building adopting structural system of RC frame-core wall, is an irregular out-of-code super-tall building with exceeding B-level height requirement of the code in 8 seismic intensity zone. Out-of-code designs of the structure were introduced, including elastic calculation, elastic time-history analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, and structural system selection was introduced emphatically.
