深圳平安金融中心組合樓板設(shè)計與施工

(中建鋼構(gòu)有限公司,深圳 518040)[摘要]深圳平安金融中心總建筑高度為660m,為中國在建第一高樓,其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計新穎。根據(jù)其樓層建筑功能及樓板受力情況不同,組合樓板采用鋼筋桁架樓承板和壓型鋼板設(shè)計,樓板組合形式及節(jié)點設(shè)計較復(fù)雜。根據(jù)組合樓板在節(jié)點設(shè)計和施工上的特殊性,重點介紹了組合樓板深化設(shè)計、板邊懸挑設(shè)計、典型節(jié)點設(shè)計要點及難點和施工技術(shù),保證施工質(zhì)量和安全,加快施工進度,提高施工效率。[關(guān)鍵詞]平安金融中心; 鋼筋桁架樓承板; 壓型鋼板; 節(jié)點設(shè)計; 施工中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)01-0005-05Design and construction of composite slab in Shenzhen Ping’an Financial CenterHuo Zongcheng, Lu Jianxin, Hu Pan, Wang Chuan, Wei Chang’an(China Construction Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518040, China)Abstract: Shenzhen Ping’an Financial Center is 660 meters height, and is the tallest building under construction in China, which features novel in structural design. In consideration of different building functions of floors and mechanisms of slabs, composite slabs of the steel bar truss deck and profiled steel sheet were adopted with complex combining forms and node designs.
