天津君臨大廈超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

(1 天津大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,天津 300073;2 天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津 300072)[摘要]天津君臨大廈是集商業(yè)、展覽及辦公等于一體的超高層綜合性大樓。該樓采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),建筑高度239.2m,遠(yuǎn)超規(guī)范7度抗震設(shè)防區(qū)B級(jí)高度150m限值,為此需對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)采用抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用兩種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行反應(yīng)譜分析并對(duì)比,采用SATWE軟件進(jìn)行彈性時(shí)程分析及中震不屈服分析,利用PKPM-EPDA程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈塑性時(shí)程分析。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)自身的特點(diǎn)以及分析結(jié)果對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位采取加強(qiáng)措施,保證了中震時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位及重要部位不屈服,大震時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位及重要部位滿足彈塑性變形要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層; 鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 性能化設(shè)計(jì); 彈塑性分析; 加強(qiáng)措施中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)01-0001-04Structural design of super high-rise building of Tianjin Junlin BuildingYu Jinghai1, Li Luchuan2, Ding Yongjun1, Zhang Xizhi1(1 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tianjin University, Tianjin 300073, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: Tianjin Junlin Building is a super high-rise comprehensive building, which contains business, exhibition, office and so on.It adopts reinforced concrete shear wall structure with the building height of 239.2m, which is far more than the limit of the code that is B-level height of 150m in 7 degree seismic fortification zone. For this reason, structural performance-based seismic design method was conducted. Using two programs, response spectrum analysis of the structure and comparison were conducted, as well as elastic time-history history analysis and the yield analysis under intermediate earthquake using SATWE software. Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was conducted using PKPM-EPDA software.
