[摘要]某總部塔樓總高度為400m,結構設計為滿足使用空間的“無柱”要求,塔樓每層56根外框柱與外框環(huán)梁的連接節(jié)點均采用全偏心的節(jié)點連接形式,這是國內300m以上高層建筑中,首例大量采用偏心鋼節(jié)點的工程項目。根據節(jié)點本身的特點,從節(jié)點構造的合理性、節(jié)點強度、節(jié)點剛度及對塔樓整體指標的影響等多方面進行考慮,運用有限元分析,進行深入研究,進一步驗證此類節(jié)點在項目中的可行性。

Study on eccentric steel joints of a headquarters tower

Abstract:The total height of a headquarters tower is 400m. In order to meet the used space requirements of no columns, the connections between 56 frame columns and frame ring beams of each floor are all in the form of full eccentric. It is the first time to use such amount of eccentric steel joints in a high\|rise building above 300m in China. Based on the characteristics of the joint itself, from the rationality of the structure, strength, stiffness, effects on the overall index of the tower and other aspects to consider, the depth analysis and research were done by using finite element analysis. And the feasibility of such joint in the project was further validated.
