[摘要]大連恒隆廣場形如“雙魚”,平面尺寸超長,場地地形高差較大,存在大型中庭及電影院以致開洞較多,部分區(qū)域有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)斜面屋頂,部分柱需作轉(zhuǎn)換,存在豎向抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)的情況。主要介紹超長結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵問題,包括超長結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土的溫度應力分析、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、躍層柱、大跨及長懸臂梁、帶高差的鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系等問題。通過
對結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下的非線性分析,對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能進行評價。

Superlong structural analysis and design of Dalian Henglong Square

Abstract:Dalian Henglong Square shapes like ″Pisces″ with superlong plane size and large elevation difference in site. The existence of large atrium and cinemas leads to many structural openings. Steel structure oblique roof exists in some areas. Parts of columns need to be converted, leading to the discontinuity of vertical lateralresisting members. The key problems in superlong structural design were mainly introduced, including temperature stress analysis of superlong concrete structure, structural transfer, skipfloor column, largespan and longcantilever beam and steel truss structural system with elevation difference. The nonlinear analysis of the structure was carried out under rare earthquake to evaluate the seismic performance of the overall structure.
