[摘要]京廣中心加固改造工程主要分為混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加固兩部分。混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固主要采用粘鋼加固、增大截面加固、包鋼加固、上翼緣增加次梁加固、增加剪力墻加固等幾種方法;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加固主要采用下翼緣加焊鋼板、增加倒T形截面、上翼緣增加次梁、上翼緣增加隅撐等加固方法。加固設(shè)計時根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況,綜合考慮設(shè)計、施工、驗收等多方面因素,選擇了最適合的加固方法。

Reinforcement and reconstruction design of Jing Guang Center

Abstract:Reinforcement and reconstruction project of Jing Guang Center mainly involved two parts, the reinforced concrete structure strengthening work and steel structure strengthening work. For the reinforced concrete structure strengthening work, bond steel reinforcement, strengthening of increasing the crosssection, cladding steel strengthening and strengthening by adding the secondary beam and strengthening by adding shear wall were used. For steel structure strengthening work, the welded steel plate to the lower flange, attaching the inverted Tshaped crosssection, and the upper flange strengthening by adding the secondary beam and inserting the knee bracing were mainly included. The strengthening design need to consider the actual situation of the site, design, construction, inspection and other factors to select the most suitable strengthening method.
