[摘要]貴陽市中心某棚戶區(qū)改造項(xiàng)目中雙塔超高層建筑采用鋼筋混凝土筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系?;趫龅胤浅?fù)雜地質(zhì)情況的綜合分析,進(jìn)行了建筑選址和地下室深度的優(yōu)化,介紹了東西兩塔樓的基礎(chǔ)選型和溶洞處理。詳細(xì)分析了結(jié)構(gòu)在50年風(fēng)荷載和地震作用下的主要設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo):自振周期、剪力、側(cè)向位移、最大層間位移角及傾覆力矩。結(jié)果表明,本項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)能夠滿足既定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of a super high-rise building under complicated ground condition in Guiyang

Abstract: The super high-rise twin-tower building in a shantytown reconstruction project in center of Guiyang adopts reinforced concrete tube in tube structural system. Based on the comprehensive analyses of the complex site geological conditions, location selection of buildings and depth of basement were optimized. The selection of foundation types of twin towers and treatment of karst cave were presented. A detailed analyses of the main design indices of the structure were carried out under the wind load once in 50 years and seismic action, including natural vibration period, shear force, lateral displacement, maximum inter-story displacement angle and overturning moment. The results show that the design of this project can meet the expected seismic performance objectives.
