上海某項(xiàng)目超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]某項(xiàng)目超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)包括一棟159.5m高的辦公塔樓和33.5m高的商業(yè)裙房。塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)采用核心筒+密柱框架+帶鋼支撐框架的混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系;裙房采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),裙房頂蓋為46m大跨鋼結(jié)構(gòu)玻璃天窗。塔樓存在高度超限、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、頂部收進(jìn)等超限情況;裙房存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)等超限情況,塔樓和裙房均屬于超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。主要針對(duì)塔樓和裙房的工程特點(diǎn)及在超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的一些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)塔樓和裙房結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性分析、時(shí)程分析和Pushover分析,結(jié)果表明,塔樓和裙房均能滿足規(guī)范要求,并達(dá)到其預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of an out-of-code high-rise building in Shanghai

Abstract: The out-of-code high-rise structure is composed of a 33.5m-high commercial podium and a 159.5m-high office tower. Mixed structural system of core wall, close column frame and steel braced frame was adopted for tower building and frame structural system was adopted for podium. A large-span steel structure glass skylight of 46m was adopted in podium roof. The tower and podium belonged to the out-of-code structures due to out-of-code height, discontinuous floor, torsion irregularity, discontinuity of lateral-resisting components, top setback and torsion irregularity, discontinuous floor, discontinuity of lateral-resisting components respectively. The characteristics of the tower and podium were introduced as well as key issues in out-of-code high-rise structural design. The results of the elastic analysis, time-history analysis and Pushover analysis on the tower and podium show that the tower and podium can meet the code requirements and achieve the seismic performance objectives.
