貴陽山地條件下特殊高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

（1 奧雅納工程顧問，廣州510620；2 奧雅納工程顧問，深圳 518048）［摘要］本項(xiàng)目位于貴陽市花果園項(xiàng)目的C地塊，地上13層，局部地下1層，建筑總高度為106.95m，為山地條件下特殊高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目。由于山體開挖后坡度陡峭，且邊坡加固設(shè)計(jì)未考慮建筑物的荷載傳遞需要，因此整個(gè)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向構(gòu)件基礎(chǔ)不能直接落在山體邊坡上。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目背景，介紹了山地條件下本項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究、主要結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件選擇、部分斜墻和樓板處理、山地建筑的地震作用和性能化抗震分析等內(nèi)容。通過采用轉(zhuǎn)換梁、支撐斜柱和斜墻組成的框架和剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)形式，實(shí)現(xiàn)了塔樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)與山體融為一體的構(gòu)想，所采用的設(shè)計(jì)思路和解決方法對(duì)于一些山地條件下的高層建筑，尤其是特殊的退臺(tái)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的借鑒作用。［關(guān)鍵詞］山地場(chǎng)地; 退臺(tái)建筑; 支撐斜墻; 支撐斜柱; 轉(zhuǎn)換梁中圖分類號(hào)：TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2014)24-0037-06Structural design of special high-rise building under mountain site condition in GuiyangZhao Hong1, Lin Hai2, Feng Wenqi2, Yu Xiaowu2, Zhang Qian2(1 Arup, Guangzhou 510620, China; 2 Arup, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: Located in C plot of Hua Guoyuan project in Guiyang, the 106.95m high 13-storey building with one basement is a special high-rise building under mountain site condition. As the slope is quite steep due to excavation and its reinforcing design have not taken the building loads into account, the foundation of vertical components can’t directly set on the mountain slope. Based on the above consideration and background, the key technical issues in the respect of structural system selection, main structural components design, tackling of inclined wall and floor, extreme seismic action and performance-based seismic analysis were introduced. The structural design adopted moment frame and shear wall system, including inclined columns and walls, which enabled the entire building to blend into the surrounding landscape.
