[摘要]東莞國貿(mào)中心T3塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)立面復(fù)雜,從結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件與建筑立面和幕墻的完美結(jié)合、風(fēng)振舒適性等綜合考慮,采用外框筒+核心筒的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其中外框筒體系由下向上分別采用大柱距框架、規(guī)則密柱筒和錯列的密柱筒形式。對塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行介紹,針對塔樓特點(diǎn)制定了構(gòu)件性能化設(shè)計的總體原則和性能目標(biāo),對特殊部位的傳力路徑進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析,并給出解決措施。

Structural design on T3 tower of Dongguan International Trade Center

Abstract:The T3 tower of Dongguan International Trade Center is featured by complex elevation. Considering the comfort control due to wind vibration and coordination of structural members, architecture elevation and facade, it adopts structural system of exterior framed tube and core wall. From the bottom up, the exterior framed tube system respectively adopts structural systems of frame with large column-space, regular close-column tube and staggered close-column tube. Structural system of the tower was introduced. The overall principle and seismic performance objectives were set for performance-based design of structural members. Detailed finite element analyses were carried out for force transferring routes of some special parts, and treatment measures were provided.
