(奧雅納工程顧問, 北京 100020)作者簡(jiǎn)介:劉鵬,博士,英國(guó)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,香港工程師學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,Email: peng.liu@arup.com。[摘要]北京CBD核心區(qū)Z15地塊中國(guó)尊大樓是目前世界上8度抗震設(shè)防烈度區(qū)的在建的最高建筑,建筑高度為528m,體型呈中國(guó)古代用來盛酒的器具“尊”的形狀。為滿足結(jié)構(gòu)抗震與抗風(fēng)的技術(shù)要求,中國(guó)尊在結(jié)構(gòu)上采用了含有巨型柱、巨型斜撐及轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的外框筒以及含有組合鋼板剪力墻的核心筒,形成了巨型鋼-混凝土筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。為配合建筑外輪廓,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用了BIM技術(shù)特別是結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)和分析手段,滿足了建筑功能的要求,達(dá)到了經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性的統(tǒng)一。[關(guān)鍵詞]中國(guó)尊大樓; 超高層; 巨型結(jié)構(gòu); 巨型柱; 結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2014)24-0001-08Structural design and research of Beijing CBD Core Area Z15 plot China Zun TowerLiu Peng, Yin Chao, Cheng Yu, Zhu Yansong, Liu Yunbo, Wu Hai, Li Xia, Yang Mingliu, Liu Hao, Li Zhenxing(Arup, Beijing 100020, China)Abstract:Beijing CBD Core Area Z15 plot China Zun Tower will be the tallest building which is under construction in areas around the world with seismic precautionary intensity 8. To satisfy the structural requirement for seismic and wind resistance, the structural system is a composite twbe-intube structure consisting of the perimeter mega structure which is made of composite mega columns, mega braces and belt trusses, and the reinforced-concrete core with steel plate reinforced concrete walls. The structure has been designed to perfectly match the architectural layout using the parametric modeling and analysis technology.
