新長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際酒店結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]新長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際酒店采用型鋼混凝土外框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,存在樓板局部不連續(xù)、樓層剛度突變、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比較大等多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則,屬超限高層建筑。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,經(jīng)試算,選取抗震性能目標(biāo)為C級(jí)。采用SATWE和ETABS軟件分別進(jìn)行了小震反應(yīng)譜分析和彈性時(shí)程分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,又進(jìn)行了中震彈性分析和中震不屈服驗(yàn)算,并采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)控制性指標(biāo)均能滿足規(guī)范要求,抗震加強(qiáng)措施合理有效,結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能及構(gòu)件承載力均可達(dá)到預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。

Performance-based seismic design on Xinchangjiang International Hotel

Abstract: Xinchangjiang International Hotel, which adopts structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core wall, is an out-of-code high-rise building with irregularities of discontinuous floor in local parts, abruptness of story lateral rigidity and large torsion-displacement ratio. The performance-based seismic design method was used in structural design and the seismic performance goal was set as level C. Response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake were carried out by SATWE and ETABS software, and the elastic analysis and non-yielding check under the fortification earthquake were also carried out. The dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake was carried out by ABAQUS software. The results show that all controlling indicators of the structure can satisfy requirements of the code. The seismic strengthening measures are rational and effective, and the overall performance of the structure and bearing capacity of the member can achieve the expected performance goals.
